The original house is around 120 years old and today consists of a kitchen with an original fireplace, a dining room, a spacious living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance.
In addition to the central heating, two Swedish stoves provide cozy warmth in winter. The finca has walls up to 60 cm thick, which retain the heat well in winter and keep the house cool in summer.

The finca is completely self-sufficient. The water comes from its own (220m deep) well. It is automatically pumped into a cistern, from where it is used for the house, for watering the garden and for the pool. Electricity is produced by the photovoltaic system with batteries and, if necessary, the generator itself.
